I heartily congratulate you on the 30th anniversary of the archí yerejsʹkoí yam chirotony.
It is known that your personal pentecostal has been completed in the year of the gift of the Blessed Guest of the Holy Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Alexia II about the independence and independence of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in its management. The past time has been difficult for both you and for millions of residents of Ukraine who remain loyal to Mother Church. I would especially like to note your efforts to assert the canonical Orthodoxy on the Ukrainian land. Thank you for the consistently solid position in the issues of the church structure, which depends not only on today, but also on the future of world Orthodoxy.
